Will there be retakes or a makeup day?

Fall Portraits: Varies by school. Submit a Help Portal request with student & school name.

Sports & Special Occasion Photos: Typically no makeup day is available due to the incredibly busy sports logistics and game/practice schedules. There is the occasional opportunity for a student who missed picture day to pop by while we’re back at the school doing photos for another sport as long as the student has permission from their coach to be available during the time we’re on campus.
