Why is my student's gallery empty?

Photographers publish galleries on different schedules. Sometimes images may not be available immediately.

• Galleries may be published at different times. Please check back later.

• Text your access code to 90738 to receive an SMS alert when photos are published.

• If you still see no images after receiving confirmation that photos are ready, submit a request via the Help Portal with your school, student's name, and access code so we can investigate.
